  Wilfa BLACK Pour Over is a manual drip coffee brewer that makes it possible to make the perfect cup of pour over coffee. Simple Brew Guide Put coffee in the filter (6g coffee for every 100g water used) Close Flow Control * before starting. Put Wilfa BLACK Pour Over on a coffee cup. Put a filter in Wilfa BLACK Pour Over. Pour the coffee into the filter. First, pour some freshly boiled water (92ºC-96 ºC) over the dry coffee in the filter, making sure you cover everything. Wait until the coffee has absorbed all the water. Fresh coffee will swell and «bloom». Open Flow Control to the correct position. Then pour in the remaining water in a circular motion. Brewing time 3-5 minutes. Your coffee is ready, enjoy! * With Flow Control you can adjust the extraction time which makes it easy for you to brew good coffee, every time.
